I really love the movie Amelie aka Le Fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain.  It's a really great film which I've seen a numerous times and loved each time.  It's beautifully shot with great characters and humour.

By the same director, and starring the same actress as Amelie is A Very Long Engagement aka Un long dimanche de fiançailles.  It's also a great film for the same reasons as Amelie.

Both are French movies, by-the-way, but there are subtitles.  I highly recommend both if you're having a night in and would like a nice entertaining movie to watch.

I love French movies. I don't know their original titles though...but there are some stellar French actors.
