Type of Glass: Tall

Garnish: Mint sprig

Portion: Serves 1

Ingredients: 30 ml Bacardi limon rum; 30 ml McDowell's Celebration rum; 15 ml Malibu coconut rum; 60 ml guava juice; 60 ml litchi juice; 30 ml cranberry juice; 15 ml lime juice.

? Fill glass with ice cubes

? Add limon rum, guava juice, litchi juice, lime juice and cranberry juice - in that order

? Float the dark rum on top by gently pouring it over the ice

?Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Type of Glass: Rocks

Garnish: Kit Kat

Portion: 25 drinks

Ingredients: 1 bottle Smirnoff Vanilla Twist vodka/Black & White scotch whisky; 1 bottle Kahlua/Tia Maria coffee liqueur; 1 bottle Cointreau/Triple Sec orange liqueur; 1 bottle Bailey's Irish Cream; 4 tetrapacks Vijaya/Nestle cream; 4 family packs vanilla ice cream; lots of ice.

Method:

? Divide all ingredients equally into 4 jugs

? Add a scoop of ice into each jug

? Blend together using a hand blender

? Cling film the jugs and keep in the refrigerator

? Fill glasses with ice and pour in ready drink

? Stick in a finger of Kit Kat.

Type of Glass: Wine glass

Garnish: Cinnamon stick/slice of apple

Portion: 25 drinks

Ingredients: 1 bottle Smirnoff Vanilla Twist vodka/Captain Morgan Spice Gold rum; 4 liters Real Apple juice; 25 one-inch cinnamon sticks; 4 tbs grain sugar; 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Method:

?Rim the wine glasses by dipping first in a little apple juice, then in a plate with some cinnamon flavoured sugar

?Steam apple juice to boiling

?Pour 30 ml vanilla twist or spice rum into the rimmed glasses

?Stick in the cinnamon stick and slice of apple

?Pour the hot apple juice over a steel spoon.

Garnish: Mint sprig

Portion: 12 drinks

Ingredients: 1 bottle Sula Chenin Blanc white wine; 180 ml Smirnoff Orange Twist vodka; 2 bottles (500 ml) ice cold Sprite to top (4 bottles if you want it mild). Fruits - 2 chopped kiwi, 250 gm strawberry, 1 can litchis, 1 pomelo, mint leaves.

Method:

?Soak the fruit overnight in the wine and orange twist if possible

?Divide the mix in two jugs

?Top it with ice cold Sprite

?Pour into wine glasses and serve.

Type of Glass: Old fashioned/rocks glass

Garnish: Strawberry

Portion: Serves 1

Ingredients: 45 ml Skyy Berry vodka; 5 lime wedges; 15 ml sugar syrup; 4 whole strawberries; fresh mint; crushed black pepper; lots of crushed ice

Method:

? Squeeze lime wedges and drop them into glass

? Tear the mint leaves over the lime

? Muddle together lime and mint leaves

? Fill glass with crushed ice

? Pour in the Skyy and sugar syrup, and stir

?Add more crushed ice to top. Garnish.
