Mango Ice-cream

Ingredients: 2 cups mango puree; 1½ cups sugar; 2 cups milk; 1 cup fresh cream (whipped); 1 tsp corn flour

Method: In a large plastic bowl add together cold milk, sugar and corn flour, mix all of these ingredients together and keep aside for five minutes. Now add the mango puree and fresh cream to this mixture and mix with a light hand. Pour this in an ice-cream container and cover it with a plastic foil before closing the lid of the container. Deep freeze it for at least eight hours. Cut and serve.
