Yes even the best-behaved Governments can be difficult and challenging at times. Governments are often moody and argumentative. But if your Government has a persistent pattern of tantrums, arguing, and angry or disruptive behaviors toward God Almighty (GA) and other authority figures, IT may have Oppositional World Defiant Disorder (OWDD). As many as one in 10 Governments may have Oppositional World Defiant Disorder (OWDD) in a lifetime. Treatment of Oppositional World Defiant Disorder (OWDD) involves therapy and possibly medications to treat related mental health conditions. As a Shareholder, you don't have to go it alone in trying to manage a Government with Oppositional World Defiant Disorder (OWDD). Doctors, Counselors and Government development experts can help you learn specific strategies to address Oppositional World Defiant Disorder (OWDD).

Stonehenge protester King Arthur Pendragon defies eviction order: Druid formerly known as John Rothwell vows to continue with protest until Stonehenge is open to all.

GDenke @ tx.rr.com

The druid protester King Arthur Pendragon defied a court order to leave Stonehenge this afternoon, vowing to continue his protest until the site is open to all. Pendragon, formerly known as John Rothwell, set up camp on the edge of the site in June 2008 and faces eviction by Wiltshire council, which says he is blocking the public highway. The 55-year-old, who changed his name by deed poll 33 years ago, wants visitors to be able to walk around and touch the stones rather than remain in a visitor centre and be confined to marked-out trails. He is also calling for promised improvements to the monument to be carried out. On Monday last week, the council was granted an eviction order by Salisbury county court to remove Pendragon from byway 12, which is known locally as the Netheravon coach road. Pendragon's camp on the byway sits alongside Stonehenge between the A303 and A344 and includes a caravan. The protester, who hopes to run as an independent parliamentary candidate, pickets staff and tourists daily. Shortly after the deadline expired today, he said he had no intention to leave. "We have opened a bottle of mead and we are drinking to Stonehenge. I have done a short ritual and spell of protection, calling on the kings of old.

Western Europe Baptism (East Coast, US) for 24th June 2010 by Dark enerGy set. Earthquake Tsunami settings: Coordinate; WGS84 63° 37′ 48″ N, 19° 37′ 12″ W 63.63, -19.62 UTM 27V 568386 7056523, Depth; 666 kilometres subsea (note -1666 metres Surface Elevation), Dark enerGy; 9.6 Mw release. Set

Moment magnitude scale (abbreviated as MMS; denoted as "Mw") is used by seismologists to measure the size of earthquakes in terms of the energy released. The magnitude is based on the moment of the earthquake, which is equal to the rigidity of the Earth multiplied by the average amount of slip on the fault and the size of the area that slipped. The scale was developed in the 1970s to succeed the 1930s-era Richter magnitude scale (ML). Even though the formulae are different, the new scale retains the familiar continuum of magnitude values defined by the older one. The MMS is now the scale used to estimate magnitudes for all modern large earthquakes by the United States Geological Survey.

In symbol the moment magnitude scale is "Mw", with the subscript "w" meaning mechanical work accomplished. The moment magnitude "Mw" is a dimensionless number defined by:

:<math>M_\mathrm{w} = \textstyle{\frac{2}{3}}\log_{10}M_0 - 10.7,</math>

where M0 is the magnitude of the seismic moment in dyne centimeters (10−7 Nm). The constant values in the equation are chosen to achieve consistency with the magnitude values produced by earlier scales, most importantly the Local Moment (or "Richter") scale. As with the Richter scale, an increase of 1 step on this logarithmic scale corresponds to a 101.5 ≈ 30 times increase in the amount of energy released, and an increase of 2 steps corresponds to a 103 = 1000 times increase in energy.

** Mother's Day '10 RigZone Submission

The Drilling Mud in the pits, lines, mudpumps and wellbore was Bad Mud according to the Two (2) Mud Engineers who died.
Bad Mud, no matter what its Weight or Viscosity is, acts the same as Ungelled Water, according to SPE colloidal studies.
As each of the Five (5) Colloidal Forces that exist in Good Mud breaks down in a wellbore, Bad Mud becomes water-like.

"BP plc ignored Both (2) Mud Engineers warnings."

Denke Proposed years ago to SPE and AAPG that 'every' offshore Gulf of Mexico well should chuck Bad Mud for Good Mud.
Our studies show the Nineteen (19) Gulf Cementing blowouts were due to Bad Mud that lost all Five (5) Colloidal Forces.
Costs of replacing Drilling Mud in the pits, lines, mudpumps and wellbore caused the Macondo Well Blowout and deaths.

Quote from: Lord Josh
How bad was the mud in relation to what good mud is?

Lord Josh when the Defoamer quits working that is some really gas-cut Bad Mud, chemicals being ineffective when added to gas-cut Bad Mud is the sign that Colloidal Forces have broken down. At least it came out today how overly gaseous the Macondo well was while drilling. There are tests to measure each of the five (5) Colloidal Forces but unfortunately I do not have them in my possession. Here the final draft of the above write-up submitted to the Senate Energy & Natural Resources Committee, hopefully they will be able to extract from BP such tests performed.

Annulus (oil well) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

BP ran production casing into the gas-cut drilling mud and cemented with nitrified cement, a lightweight slurry, keeping the well from losing circulation. The pipe was hung-off with a casing hanger and cemented, and pipe weight set down the pack-off seal in the hanger assembly that sits in the casing head. The pack-off seal is for sealing-off the production casing from the surrounding string of pipe. BP tested their pack-off seal to 10,000 PSI pressure, from above the Annulus. Gas from the reservoir and gas-cut Bad Mud accumulated below the pack-off seal, about 17,000 feet above the cement in the Annulus, where Good Mud was supposed to be. In approximately 24 hours this accumulation exceeded the 10,000 PSI pressure tested, and the pack-off seal blew-out. Oil and gas had entered the Annulus through Bad Cement, and rose up the Annulus because of gas-cut Bad Mud, otherwise it would have stayed within the Bad Cement and oil reservoir. Similar circumstances surrounded the other eighteen (18) Gulf of Mexico 'cementing' blowouts, every one caused by gas-cut Bad Mud present in the wellbore, not the failure of tubulars or mechanical devices. They are only back-ups to the Right Mud, and the Good Mud, which should be in the hole, in the event Mud Engineers mixed the Wrong Mud, or the mud became gas-cut Bad Mud, such as the case here. Had they (BP, et al) chucked their gas-cut Bad Mud and replaced it with Good Mud before cementing, none of the eighteen (18) Gulf of Mexico blowouts would have occurred. This is good news for the offshore oil and gas industry, because the "Elementary" cause of these blowouts is now publically known.

- - - - -

Macondo flowing through the Annulus, the casing backside.
Above the cement through the Annulus, the casing outside.
Plug set inside the casing, if it were, would have no effect.

Captain: Mud was spewing | NewsWatch: Energy | Chron.com - Houston Chronicle

So the Engineers were right, gas-cut Bad Mud.

> "This boating Used Drilling Mud from Gulf of Mexico rig to rig Has Got To Stop! All of that gas-cut Bad Mud blowing out has ruined U.S. coastlines. And had BP plc set the last plug Inside the top of the Casing, then reversed out the Used Drilling Mud from the riser with Sea Water, the pack-off seal would of still blown-out, It being wellhead above the last plug."

> "Thank you for measuring Volume of Used Drilling Mud in the backside Annulus, matched quantity gathered by U.S. Coast Guard! I never knew outside Annulus has four (4) times the Volume of the inside Liner pipe. How simple Proving blow-out through Casinghead pack-off seal, Oil and gas gushing from backside Annulus. My my I wish that I would have thought of that first."

GD to BP plc Queen

Operators in Gulf of Mexico need to quit using old drilling mud.
They boat old drilling mud circulated out of risers to new wells.
Their engineers are against the practice, bean counters are not.

Who's culpable in Gulf of Mexico's 19 cementing blowout oil spills?
Operators, reducing costs by using old drilling mud instead of new.
Now that everyone knows what caused all 19 blowouts, who cares?
